Alright, so I'm back (say: that was pretty damn fast!)
I forgot to talk about one of the most -important- things I wanted to in my last post.
Kinda got off on the silly kick and lost my train(s) of thought.
Guess that's what happens when you don't get as much sleep and such. *winks*
So, the big (happy-happy) news is that my husband (Ricyn) and I officially have a girlfriend.
She is amazing, and we're both so very lucky to have her.
Sadly, she's long distance (for the moment), but she is so totally worth it. I'm thinking, once it comes to that time, Ricyn and I will move out to her. I love some of the people who live here (they're family to me) but we've wanted to get out of here for a long time. Where she lives seems a bit fuller with opportunity. That and we know she'd miss it, and I (we) want to make her happy. Although she's said she'd be willing to move to us, and logically it'd be easier, but easy isn't always the best answer.
*smiles brightly* She makes us both very happy.
Thanks for listening (well, reading... let's keep it honest here. lol)
Until next time, take care. :)

Okay, so it's been a lot longer between posts than I'd have liked.
I'm not really used to this kind of thing, but I'd like to. I want people to have the opportunity to get to know me better.
Alright, let's crack this egg open and get to cooking then. *grins* Yes, I love goofy sayings (or even making new ones).
We could start there, I suppose. I'm a bit goofy around the edges, though most of the time people don't get to see it.
For instance, I'll take songs I know and change the lyrics to make them fit a situation for my own fun.. *laughs* mostly for my son though. He's almost 11 months old now.
Being a mommy is something that makes me happy. He's our first, but hopefully we'll have another someday (maybe a girl).
Okay, so let's catch things up a little. I've switched departments where I work, though I still seem to have the same love/hate relationship with my job.
I notice no matter where you go, the problem seems to be the same. It's rarely the job itself that bothers folks, but the people they're forced to work with.
That's it for me. The job itself I can do all day long, no problem. Some of the people I have to work with *shakes her head* just drive me nuts.
Of course, I don't feel I'm paid enough; but it's not just me. It's almost all of us.
*shakes her head* oh no, we're not going to turn this into a bitch session about work. haha
Sorry, I probably shouldn't have started this post when I was so tired.
Well, I think this is a good enough start. *laughs* I'll post again (soon-ish) and I'm -sure- it'll be a bit more enlightening.
Take care until then :D

Introduction of Sorts
Hello to all of you who were brave enough to come read this!
First, I should probably issue a couple courtesy warnings.
This blog will more than likely not have a 'G' rating (For a few reasons more than likely, but mostly language, really).
I will apologize if I hurt someone, or am wrong, but NOT for who I am.
That's pretty much it for warnings, I guess.
Now that's out of the way, let's get on with it. *grins*
I have a few names that some of you may recognize me as.
I am Lisa. Plain and simple, like any pebble you'd pick up along a journey; until you got it home and polished it off to see you've instead found a rare stone (No, I do not have a big ego - far from it actually - but I also know how unique I am,which, to me, deserves some credit.)
I am Xylina (Xylina Tiger) the pirate Tigress (more apt to simply be known as Ricyn's mate for those of you who know me as Xylina).
Also, to those who happen to know my whopping two pieces of digital art from DA might know me as Lethal Ambrosia.
(Note: I'll try to remember to post links back and forth so that any of you who are curious enough can go check things out)
I am a jack-of-all-trades type personality, and that applies to more than just hobbies for me.
Lately (or for a long time now, if I'm totally honest here) I haven't made a lot of time for myself to do or get back into some of the things I enjoy (or to try and learn new things).
The most prevailing reason for my lack of time would be the fact I've been working overtime since Thanksgiving (is a bit of a tired kitty, especially when you factor in my having an 8 month old cub).
Other than the hectic schedules and situations, I keep convincing myself there are more important things I should be doing.
I guess you could almost call that a flaw of mine. I tend to feel guilty if I want to do almost anything for myself.
If I'm doing something for someone else, it a done deal (minus time constraints).
Overall I feel like I'm an easy person to get along with.
I am very open-minded and (if you've happened to have read Ricyn's blog) am also polyamorous.
I'm not a 'religious' person as many people would see it, but am quite spiritual. I don't generally discuss these things, but who knows, you might get lucky one day if I decide to try and untangle that knot enough to explain.
I guess I'd better wrap things up. I'm sure this has gotten rather long to be a simple introduction.
Hopefully some of you may find this an interesting enough read to want to come back for another visit with this usually quiet Tigress.
Until then, take care all, and any questions or comments are welcome.
